Fire engulfs Victoria Island police barracks
The fire outbreak occurred in one of the blocks in the Police barracks situated at Kofo Abayomi street ,Victoria Island in Lagos.
News reports have revealed that the police Barracks in the Victoria Island area of Lagos State was engulfed in flames, yesterday, December 16.
The fire outbreak occurred in one of the block of apartments in the Police barracks situated at Kofo Abayomi street ,Victoria Island in Lagos.
As at the time the photos of the flames were taken, the fire services were yet to arrive at the scene, while residents did their best to put out the flames.
The cause of the fire outbreak has yet to be determined, although there was no mention of any loss of lives.
The extent of the damage caused by the fire is also yet to be determined.
This fire incident follows the fire outbreak which occurred at the Spar shopping Mall, lekki, earlier this week.
